1. Returns
Due to the nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered. However, returns may be accepted if:
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is spoiled or unfit for consumption upon delivery.
2. Return Request
To request a return, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product/package
- Brief description of the issue
3. Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong item delivered
- Order cancelled before dispatch
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Replacement
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds/returns will not be applicable for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Delay caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
